Death Valet: Aiko Masaki

It's Mother's Day today hope everyone's been able to enjoy it...along with the tremendous fitting irony of this profile, this being the character profile of Aiko Masaki, Chieko's mom. She won't have much of a role at all in Death Valet, but will show up more in Rod's stories.

Name: Aiko Masaki

Bio: Aiko Masaki, the mother of Chieko…which is amusing because though they bare a clear resemblance, Aiko herself is a tremendous moron, unlike her much smarter daughter.
Born in 1977, she was born into a family headed by a pair of slightly overbearing but doting parents, the youngest of four children, the other three turned out to be quite intelligent half out of talent and half out of intense training.
Aiko was a free spirit who loved to have fun, and also to help her own friends when she could, and same with her family, though due to her tending to just go about and have fun whenever she could, she did not grow up particularly smart, had a very difficult time in school and periodically got in over her head.
Around age 16 however, she got knocked up by her then boyfriend (who was also trying to get into the Yakuza, and at present holds a sizable position among them) who abandoned her shortly afterwards, her parents were shocked, and even more so when she expressed a desire to raise the child, in spite of her low intelligence.
Her parents, and a few friends of her’s from school (a few of which were bosozuku and delinquents) helped support her until Chieko was born, and despite her lack of brains, she (occasionally with help which could half the time be a bit unhelpful, but did aid her the other half of the time) tried to do the best job she could and tried to be a good, kind mother to Chieko, nurturing and supportive of her. This ultimately succeeded in more ways than one however, because despite Aiko being so colossally stupid that the space where her brain should be would make a nice fishbowl (not unlike Rod’s own cranium), Chieko herself turned out to be downright prodigious by comparison.
How she grew so smart nobody was able to figure out, but Chieko, while still very much a kid, gradually developed more responsibility than her mom did, and helped her out with her own life, so ironically enough, Aiko raised Chieko while Chieko kinda raised her as well, her daughter helping her learn in a way she wasn’t able to.
When Chieko was eight, her family’s financial troubles went to the point that she had to move out, and thus they had to work harder to make a living by themselves, with Aiko, despite numerous failed attempts at finding work (due to her low amount of brains), ultimately findin a way to support herself and her daughter by working at a hostess club and as a prostitute on the side, while Chieko was helping Aiko with life in general, in turn, the mother helped her daughter gain whatever opportunities she could to improve her skills. No matter how hard it actually was, though some of these tendencies paid off when she ended up meeting Rod Garth as a result, and when Chieko was eleven.
Aiko had been working very hard to try and support herself and Chieko, so when offered a good job and was guaranteed Chieko’s education she was thrilled, and moved over to America with her daughter, where she lived next to Rod in his newly bought duplex house (originally he just wanted a normal house, but got a duplex in light of how he was helping Chieko and Aiko immigrate).
So Aiko took a job at Vixena’s brothel, and proved to be among her best workers, having finally found a job she truly enjoyed, and while she would worry for Chieko’s safety on adventures (and occasionally join her on them) she’s content and happy with life as it is now.

Personality and mannerisms: Due to a mix of laziness, difficulty in concentrating and a general desire to just enjoy herself when younger, Aiko never did well in school ever and as such became very unintelligent, having not realized the problems of just playing around until it was time for her to enter the workforce…despite her lack of smarts, she is a very sweet woman, and does try her best when she sets her mind to tasks, regardless of what they are.
She has a big heart, and cares immensely for her family and friends, most especially her daughter Chieko, who has been able to teach her some things herself, she also possesses a sunny disposition and likes to live life to the fullest.
Though her lack of brains has frequently gotten her jerked around and manipulated, she’s developed a bit more of  desire to try and do better, with varying results, but she’s still a long way from overcoming her bubbleheadedness.
One thing she has learned is how to maintain better birth control and safe sex, which is very helpful because she’s developed a high level of promiscuity, this is partially because of her job as a prostitute but also because she actually loves to sleep around and have sex, she’s also known for being willing to give out ‘free samples’, however she doesn’t sleep around anywhere near as much as Rod does.
She is capable of surprising levels of insight every now and then, and was able to unlock Chieko’s inner genius, so she’s able to be smart at times, just not in an orthodox sense.
She does worry for Chieko on her adventures, but is confident she, Rod and Alejandro can handle them alright, and though she lacks a fully adventurous spirit, periodically she likes to go traveling with them when they do their work.
Aiko loves to have fun and enjoy herself, especially when others are doing so with her, and also has a large love for parties.
Other interests include baseball, premium cable television (especially HBO and SBC, the latter known as the SideBoob Channel), booze and comedy films.

Powers, skills and equipment: Aiko Masaki has few skills, owing mostly to how her brain is effectively a toaster, but she does have a few.
She’s well capable of doing tasks, provided they are not overly complicated and she’s not distracted, though she can tackle some more overly convoluted ones depending on the situation.
According to the men she’s fucked in the past, she’s very good at sex, which is most certainly true…and this trait is further complemented by her experience as a hostess which has taught her how to be even more pleasing to customers, which helps her be among the most popular women at Vixena’s brothel.
Occasionally she tags along with her daughter on adventures, and even though she possesses almost no fighting skill, she’s somehow able to handle herself no matter what the circumstance…usually due to abnormally freak luck, nobody knows how the hell this keeps happening, least of all her or even Kira or Oglethwhip.
And despite her stupidity, she’s been able to raise Chieko pretty well, and even helped her in unlocking her hidden potential, and can be capable of some relatively smart decisions now and then.
On a closing note, she’s also very beautiful, and is relatively savvy on how to play said looks to her advantage, so she is capable of seducing her way out of trouble.

Appearance: Aiko is a very beautiful Japanese woman who is thirty-seven years old, she has a lovely face, and has a clear resemblance to Chieko (not a perfect one but pretty close), long black hair, and lovely purple eyes, she has a sexy hourglass figure too, a nice round ass and F cup breasts, she’s got some good curves to her too.
For outfits, she has several, though she frequently tends to wear tops and shirts that’re orange, she’s also fond of wearing stuff with necklines that reveal cleavage, usually a roughly modest one…unless she’s either working or trying to attract male attention, in which case there’s more shown, she does wear dresses sometimes but prefers shirts, tops, skirts and pants, and in the case of pants and skirts she’s known to prefer miniskirts, tight jeans and sometimes hot pants…usually colored blue. At work though she tends to wear a variety of skimpy outfits, which fits due to the fact she works as a prostitute.

Other: Aiko’s character was made as a humorous foil to Chieko, the humor being that a very dumb woman gave birth to and somehow raised a daughter who was far, far smarter and more responsible than she is, vaguely similar to the situation Jacob Young has with his own parents (save that his parents actually are smart, they’re just insane), their interesting relationship is also why Chieko gets along with Rod very well, she’s fully used to helping be responsible for those she cares about who have trouble with this.
